Fazer bolos ao final da tarde é uma das minhas definições de perfeição. Talvez porque, para além da parte de comer os ditos bolos, há qualquer coisa de reconfortante em passar o resto da noite a sentir o cheiro a coisas doces. Hoje foram Red Velvet Cupcakes. Daqui a uns dias, sabe-se lá!

Fazer bolos ao fim da tarde implica, também, que, quando estes estão prontos a comer, já não há luz suficiente para tirar fotografias. Amanhã mostro o resultado e coloco a receita aqui.
