When in Lisbon look around

Hoje, ao fim da tarde, passei pela Avenida da Liberdade (a pé) e devo dizer que, independemente de todas as críticas que já ouvi, gostei muito de ver a avenida mais movimentada e poluída do país transformada numa espécie de quinta pedagógica. É bonito, e pronto.

Today, at the end of the afternoon, I walked along the Avenida da Liberdade (Liberty Avenue) in Lisbon. Tomorrow, there's going to be a big showcase of portuguese horticultural products on the central part of the avenue, so today everything was being assembled. I have to say that, regardless of the criticisms I've already heard, I really liked to see the busiest and most polluted avenue in the country looking like a kind of educational farm. It's pretty, and that's that.
