Amsterdam, part VIII
Taken with a Yashica FX-3 Super 2000 Agfa Vista 400iso (expired in 2013)
On my last day walking the streets of Amsterdam, I decided to start with the Portuguese Synagogue. I've never entered a synagogue before, and I probably wouldn't have done it this time, if not for the obvious reference to Portugal. It was a very interesting and special experience. I'm not religious, but there are certain places of worship that move and inspire me with great respect, and this was one of them.
I am so glad that you decided to see this synagogue - so you could show me pictures of it here on your BlogSpot. Thank you! It is beautiful - so beautiful. RETA@ http://evenhaazer.blogspot.com
